Dropped my dog twice /dog caught pneumonia

It’s hard to communicate with the staff because it’s too loud. It’s too loud because the dogs they have kenneled are unhappy and are vocal. They have dropped my small terrier twice from elbow level while handing him back to me. Three days after his last bath there, my boy was rushed to the ER w/ a pneumonia. they should be shut down for abuse. They are lucky to have not been sued…yet.
