Excited, then not so much

The area was nice in a small neighborhood type of setting.
The tables area was adequate - a bit dirty, but adequate.
We were excited to try the food as this seemed like a mom and pop type of location with fresh home cooked type of meals.
We were disappointed with the food to say the least - not served as requested and not the greatest on taste either.
As for dog friendly. Like I said it was adequate, but having trash on the ground makes for a bit of a challenge with a dog. He wanted to grab the straw wrappers and left over food etc.
It would have been a nice touch, as well, if at least a bowl of water was offered for our pup.
