BEWARE!!

Do NOT trust your pet or your money with this business! I purchased a gift certificate and [Owner] refuses to allow it to be used for other services other than a group class and refuses to refund as the person who it was purchased for moved far away and cannot attend classes in Orem. I paid [Owner] $660 and he ripped me off $160. I filed with the BBB and he ignored them, that says everything you need to know. He refuses to be a professional business owner and cares only about the money in his pocket. Once he has your money, he does not care about your pet or doing the right thing.
