If only a minus rating was possible

Stay away from this dump! The people are rude. The hotel is extremely tired with severely worn floors and furnishings. The side exit doors allow exit but not re-entry so walking a pet means walking around the building. I booked a non smoking room but my room smelled badly of nicotine covered up with cleaner.
