Won't stay again

The rooms were okay, however, they charge a resort fee for something that is just a hotel. Once we checked out, there was another charge that we were not told of. We stayed with a pet and there were no damages done by said pet. The floors were so dirty they turned your feet black and the upkeep was lacking.
