Good experience

The Holiday Inn Torrance was clean, had a friendly staff, and plenty of parking (paid). It was advertised as Torrance but felt like Carson. The area was industrial but thankfully the parking lot was well lit and enclosed. If you need to be closer to the beach or near the Del Amo Mall area, it’s a little farther than other hotels that allow dogs. I should’ve mapped the exact location prior to booking. My local friends were concerned about the safety of the area but it seemed okay.
