Not a spa groom!

I have taken my dog to be groomed at the Woof bakery PGA Mirasol location for six years.
Never again! A few months ago all except for one groomer (the manager)quit. Today I had one of the new groomers assigned to groom my dog. This is the worst cut she has ever had. To top it off she charged me $95.00 for the horrible uneven cut. I should mention my dog was not matted. I asked to talk to the rude condescending manager and she did nothing to rectify the situation. I will have to have my dogs cut fixed by an experienced honest groomer. Woof bakery PGA Mirasol will not get my business after being a loyal customer for six years. I hardly ever leave reviews so you can imagine how bad my experience was. I would suggest going somewhere else if you are looking for a professional groomer and management that cares about customer satisfaction.
