Run down hotel, noisy all night

Only positive is that they allow dogs for free but there's a reason. It reminded me of staying in a cheap motel, it was smelly inside/outside, people walking around all throughout the night, smoking cigarettes right outside our room, hot water not working, people yelling all night (this was on a Thursday), lots of homeless roaming the area, just not a good experience. There's much better pet friendly options out there.
