If you like the smell of asphalt

Then this the hotel for you. The overwhelming smell of asphalt from the shingle company across the street made us feel ill. They said it’s only bad when it’s cloudy out, which it was, so if have no other options just be sure there’s no cloud cover. I might sound sarcastic but in all seriousness it was so bad we left before 7am and didn’t dare stay for their continental breakfast as we had to get as far away as we could as fast as we could. Just the worst.
