Would NOT recommend

Hotel room had filthy floors and hallways. Stains on bed frames. Hallways had a very bad smell. People had room service trays that were never picked up (more than 24 hours). Rooms were not ready on time and they were unable to accommodate to our request. No clean towels available by the pools. The only pretty part is the lobby. I would not go back here nor recommend it to family or friends. There are much nicer/cleaner hotels in that area for similar price with more professional staff.
