Great place to bring your fur baby
Vickie's PlaceVickie’s has a separate dog-friendly patio area. The staff brings out a mat for Fido to lie on and ice water to drink. There is even a doggie menu. The staff seem to really enjoy dogs. The human food is consistently good. My husband recommends the Reuben sandwich and I liked the taco and Cobb salads. Next time I will try a burger. Recommended!

Nice location and dog friendly
Buddyz PizzeriaThe patio had a great location overlooking the Fox River. The staff brought water for Fido and even brought another when she knocked it over. Food is good - sandwiches are good, pizza was fair, but next time we will try the traditional thin crust instead of the “Chicago Hand Tossed”. Recommended!

Nice Patio and Good Food
Bulldog Ale HouseThe food was quite good. I am taking off one bone because when we first arrived the receptionist said they didn’t allow dogs. I explained that they had an entry on Bring Fido, but she didn’t know what that was. The manager came out and said we’re fine to sit on the patio, but if anyone complains we will be asked to leave. Well, no one complained. The other reason for one bone off was the outdoor lights weren’t working. If we were there any later we’d wouldn’t be able to see our food.

Not the first place I’d go
The Metalwood GrilleThey have a large outdoor patio where you can bring Fido, except to get to the area you need to walk a ways around the building. I had a Cosmopolitan which I don’t recommend. My husband’s swordfish was way over cooked. My shrimp scampi pasta lacked salt and garlic. It’s a nice setting but not worth the $$$s. On the plus side, they did bring water for Fido.

Nice Place to Stay
Candlewood Suites Kalamazoo Se an IHG HotelThe room was fine and there was plenty of open space to walk the dog. I am taking off 1 bone because the refrigerator in our suite didn’t make ice, so we had to go down to the lobby. Also, there was no bar soap for the sink, and we had to call down to the desk. But they promptly brought a bottle of soft soap up to the room for us. The room was very quiet.
