Fine, not great
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Woodway - Waco SouthWe were given the standard “dog” room which clearly has been peed in several times without properly being cleaned. We asked for a new room and though it was better, there were missing light bulbs and grimy spots that needed to be Lysol wiped. The room felt damp and the A/C couldn’t seem to quite cool off the room. We have pretty easy standards. This place struggled to meet them, especially for the price.

Surprising pool area!
Best Western Lubbock West Inn & SuitesThis was a surprising last minute booking that featured an unexpectedly awesome pool for our toddler to explore. It has a graduated entry like a beach so it was perfect for little ones. Lots of outdoor sitting/dining and a very large, clean king suite for a great price. I would definitely stay here again.

Pricey but better than other budget La Quintas
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lubbock West Medical CentrEasy to get to, nice atrium setup which I haven’t seen in a La Quinta before. A/C was nice and cold, quiet, room was spacious and clean. I thought the price was too high but with a sick baby and a long drive I’m glad we got this spot.
