Never Again

Walked into this location around 7:15 pm to talk about rates/availability with the front desk staff. I stood there for several minutes while she stayed in the office doing whatever she was doing. She finally comes out in a huff and stands at the office door. It was an older woman with curly hair. I ask her about rates and she barks $179 from the office door and rudely tells me the pet fee has increased to $40+. She never came over to the desk. Never greeted me kindly. I told her I saw a cheaper rate on the Hilton app. She barks at me to book it online then and walks back into the office. I walked out and will NEVER ever return to a Hilton hotel again. We drove 10 minutes up the street and booked a room in a much more COMFORTABLE hotel for half the price and a $15 pet fee. The front desk person was kind and more than happy to treat me like a human being
