Lacking and disappointing

Problem #1: very uncomfortable. I wish I was being dramatic when I say the mattress was very sunken in. If I laid too close to the side I would roll off. Had to share with my husband so center was off limits.
Problem #2: understocked. We chose this location for the in-room kitchen. However, none of the dishes, pans, etc are left in the room. Asked for them front front desk. However they give you a bucket with two plates, two bowls, one mug, 1 big mixing spoon, 4 knives, 1 fork. Had no more Toasters and coffee makers available. Not enough for all their rooms?

Problem #3; the staff. I understand with a pet, room service won’t come in during your stay. However me having to remove all my trash, bring to the trash bin and bring my towels to the linen room equals me cleaning the room after my stay. Why is your rate so high? Considering the room is a pet room I was happy to see it’s well cleaned (floors) in between stays and staff is friendly, but given all issues/lack luster I’m not happy with what we had to pay per night plus the pet fee of $100. Will look elsewhere next time.
