Good location

My family and I wanted to bring our dog with us on a trip, so we found a good deal through BringFido and booked a king suite with a bedroom and living room space with a foldout bed. When we arrived to check in, we found our room was a king studio without a folding bed. With myself, my pregnant wife, our three daughters, and our dog, it was not enough room for us to sleep comfortably. The staff could not make any accommodations, as they said the suites are not pet friendly, and they could not move us to a room with 2 queens. We had some ruff sleep. After I discussed things with the manager in the morning during checkout, he comped us for one of our nights, even though I told him it wasn’t necessary since it seemed like a miscommunication.
