Rude night staff
La Quinta by Wyndham AnaheimAfter coming back late from Disney, there was NO place to park, so we were forced to do Valet. When we said we would park ourselves, I heard the front desk tell the valet that if we refused, we could leave, it was after midnight, and she would NOT give us a refund. Then my daughter returned to her room with NO towels. Called the front desk and was told they were busy and would not bring her any towels. While checking in, a woman came to the front desk and asked for more towels and was told she could not have any until the next day.
There was no place to walk your pets. Also, I could hear the people across the hall taking a shower and peeing.
You could not take anything from the breakfast to your rooms.
We were charged a $100 deposit which we were not aware of,
and 2 weeks later have not been refunded. plus a parking fee.
