Run down room

Room was very run down. Needs some major updating. Also reeked of cigarette smoke. The carpet was filthy. I was afraid to walk on it barefoot with all of the obvious stains on it. Not sure what the $75 pet fee went towards. Obviously not to clean the carpet between guests.
