Wonderful B&B
Fallen Tree Farm Bed & BreakfastWelcoming, comfortable, thoughtfully maintained/restored and decorated. Much care given. The grounds are beautiful. The host was wonderful. Breakfast such a treat. I had plenty of privacy while having access to text the owner who lives adjoining the lodging if I needed anything (which I didn’t!). My dog was very happy, as was I. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Comfortable stay
Eagle's Lodge MotelAn older hotel that has the basics and is pet friendly. Comfortable enough, clean, an adequate accommodation. Very convenient to shopping. Across the street from a nature preserve, trails, and bird sanctuary. Nothing fancy, but it was really all I needed for 2 nights. The staff were very helpful and hospitable. Very organized and plentiful information about the area: walking trails, things to do, see and enjoy.

Once was enough
Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Old Saybrook WestbrookWould not recommend. Adequate at best. Did not look clean (the covers to the bed) and room smelled funny. Bare basics. Older hotel and upkeep is minimal.
