Not the room we requested

I had requested a handicap accessible room. When we got there to check in, something the clerk said raised a red flag. When we got to the room, it was so small my husband could not even turn his mobility scooter around and we had to back out of the room. The clerk was quick to refund our credit card as he was very busy.
