Good Location

When we checked in, we showed our BringFido reservation and told them it is paid for. They refused and charged us again. Had to work with the manager to get it reversed. Inconvenient to be on the 3rd floor with a dog that needs to go out regularly. Whole place constantly smells like marijuana. Bed super uncomfortable and shower is super slippery. Be careful! Our dog loved walking around the beautiful grounds and lounging on the balcony overlooking the pool and fountain. Room was a good size and clean. Loved having a screen door to keep open at night. The staff were very friendly. Perfect family friendly hotel!
