Please don't bring your dog here.

Rocky has been licking his paw since he got home. Upon further inspection he has razor burns on his paws and on his genitals. Please don't go here they hurt my puppy. He was also shaking his head really bad, when I looked in his ears I found a big cotton ball that had been left in his right ear. I was charged $130 for a 40lb dog. Short sighted pricing. Due to the fact they hurt my puppy and charged extremely high prices we are 1 and done. I was referred by some friends. Spoke with the owner. She was one of the rudest people I have had the displeasure to speak with. Threatened me with a cease and desist order for telling the truth and posting a negative review. Threatened me with a lawsuit for reversing the charge on my credit card. Told her I'd bring my puppy down so she could see the horrible grooming job and she said she would call the police and have me trespassed if I came to her property. How is this place in business? Unbelievable
Just to remind the owner of Prestige Pet Salon. Our conversation went south when I said, you hurt my puppy, and you began laughing. What kind of cold and callous person would laugh in that moment? That's when I knew I was dealing with a heartless person.
