Horrible Customer Service

I just had THE WORST experience at Paws For Elegance! They cancelled my appointment when the weather was bad, which I understand, when we rescheduled the best they could do was two months out. I walk in and they tell me that they do not have time for me. WHAT?! They could have called me so I didn’t schedule my day around taking her in!! They tried to give me 10% off the next appointment which couldn’t be scheduled for another month. No thank you. Looking for recommendations for a good reliable dog groomer that takes large breed dogs.
Rue was happy to leave but I’m fuming!!
