Rescue owner was very rude

I was surprised by the lack of professionalism of the owner of this rescue. She was unnecessarily rude to a person I know who was trying to adopt one of her dogs. I run a business myself and occasionally I’ve had people refuse to pay me for my services which is very similar to stealing from me and I have not talked to them the way she talked to her. I wonder if her blunt and rude way of talking to people may affect the ability of the dogs in her rescue to find homes. All I can say is make sure she doesn’t think you are lying to her about anything.
