AVOID like the Plague!

Where do I start? I'm pretty sure that either the room wasn't cleaned beforehand or there was a breakdown in communication because our sink didn't drain, there was dirt or god knows what on the bathroom walls, and there was pet dander all over the floor. We were there to ride the Ojai Valley Century and the room was so dirty that it triggered a migraine in my wife and she was unable to do the ride. To make matters worse, the training of the desk staff was clearly geared towards making conference attendees feel more welcome than regular guests. I checked in after Gordon Research Conference attendees and I listened to the front desk staff welcome them and say how they'll attend to any and all issues and don't hesitate to call the front desk if there are problems and here's the food that's included in their stay etc etc. For me I got little more than my room key. I'm never staying there again and I'm looking forward to ripping the hotel in all social media outlets later today.
