Great little dog beach in Tampa
Dog Beach at Davis IslandsDavis islands is absolutely beautiful! The dog park which is separate from the beach is also awesome. Just be sure to check water quality results before taking your pups, also bring your own water! DO NOT let your dogs drink the water that they swim in or else they will get diarrhea!!!! I had to learn the hard way! lol

Two Shepherds TaproomAbsolutely love this place! Staff is super friendly, premises is clean, there is an indoor area to play fetch with your dogs, great alcohol selection, food trucks, and events regularly. 11/10 recommend!

Deputy John Kotfila, Jr. Memorial Dog ParkI’m sorry I have tried to give this place a fair shot. Have been here a handful of times with my dogs and each time there is dog dookie EVERYWHERE, smells strongly of urine, and pet owners are either breathing down their dogs backs or not watching them at all. I witnessed a fight the first time I was here and I should have stopped coming back then. Noise of the highway is also a little loud too but that is to be expected because it’s literally under a highway. WAY better dog park options!

Love this park but BRING BUG SPRAY
Dog Park Beach at Fort de Soto Parkmy dogs and I absolutely LOVE this dog beach- however if you’re going early in the morning or in the evening, be prepared. I got absolutely SWARMED by no see ums (midges / sandflies) and have HUNDREDS of bites all over my legs and arms. they are itchier than mosquito bites and it is miserable lol but no one warned me about this!! just take proper precautions (bug spray / long sleeves and pants) and you should be ok!
