Really bad. Nowhere to walk dogs, the adjoining fields are full of holes - rats maybe? Rooms were filthy, broken fixtures, security doors are broken or non-existent. I wouldn't send my wicked stepmother here. I would give it NEGATIVE 3 BONES if I could.
