They were amazing with dogs
Hyatt Place Madison VeronaThey provided a dog bed for our dog. They give you a sign to put on your door that indicates you have a dog. All of the staff was great with her as well. I would definitely recommend.

It was fine, but a lot of cons.
Dog Park at Badger Prairie County ParkThis park first off makes you pay $8 for a day pass. Where I am from they are all free so I think it is outrageous. The fence is on the lower side and kind of unstable. They do not provide water either so make sure you bring your own. My dog is one that will run away if given the opportunity so in my opinion this park is way to big for a dog that needs to have eyes kept on her at all times. The small dog side is for dogs that are 18 inches or shorter at the top of their head, again where I am from it is 30 pounds or under. I only ever saw one other person in the small dog side because the restriction only allows for very small dogs. My dog is on the small side but she is tall so the park police told me she could only go in the big dog side even though no one was in the small dog side. The whole situation felt unsafe to me and I know other people that said their dog ate something that got them very sick and another person who said that there are fights there quite often. It worked in my situation because I was traveling and just needed a place for my dog to run and go potty but she had to be monitored the entire time. I have been to much better.

Best food in and town and amazing with animals
The Sow's EarThey have a huge shaded patio. They are so friendly with dogs and they give you water for them. I went 3 times on my vacation because I liked the experience so much.

Good food and great with dogs
El Charro Mexican GrillThe waiter was so good with our dog and even brought her water. They had an extra side gate to let dogs into the patio.
