Unwelcoming

The front desk when we arrived was fine but the breakfast was horrible and no one to help get more coffee (empty at 6:30 ) or forks. Also when coming and going the day we left the front desk clerk was on her phone and didn't even notice anyone coming in or out.
Very disappointing.
