A few problems

We stayed here 5 nights. For the most part things were fine. However, during the entire stay only one elevator was working which made the wait very long. We were on the 5th floor so walking up was difficult with the dogs. On our last night the power went out and there was no hot water, limited air conditioning, and the one working elevator had stopped working. We checked out the next morning and the situation had not been rectified. Other then a person standing at the elevator to let us know it wasn't working, there was no communication from the staff.
