Terrible experience

The front desk lady was incompetent and frazzled. We were the only ones in there because it was 12:30 am when we arrived from our long journey across the country. It took nearly an hour to get into a room after we had been traveling since 8 am. I requested a first floor room when booking, and she said there were none available. Long story short, we had to end up getting two rooms: one on the first floor because it was available but only one bed, and one upstairs for my daughter.

One of the dogs stepped in ants because it was infested all around the parking lot. Then the room had ants in it and the dog was freaking out. There were groups of people hanging out in the parking lot all hours of the night. The room was hot. It was an overall miserable experience and I would not recommend it.
