Pet fee and room conditions

Checked in fine. Double charged for pet fees. Room had bugs in room and smelled real funky. Staff was nice until we needed and extra 30 mins to get situated with our 73-year-old mother who is recovering from a stroke and needed extra time. Also breakfast was awful as eggs where disgusting and sausage was dry as jerky. Never stay there again.
