As this was our first visit with a dog, I do not know the standard for pet friendly hotels. I liked the separate entrance on the back of the building for pet rooms. There were 4 picnic tables & a grassy area outside the door and a larger grassy area on the side of the building. Dogs were not allowed in the gated pool area, but there was a field for us to walk nearby while my daughter was in the pool. The hotel staff were nice and the breakfast was great! The only problem was we had was inconsiderate neighbors being loud & slamming doors throughout the night.
