Beware of Valet Parking

The hotel was lovely, but we did not appreciate being yelled at repeatedly on our arrival by the overnight parking lot attendant. The parking garage is not easy to find (call ahead - it is around the block from the entrance), and since it is valet parking only, they apparently expect you to unload your dogs and luggage while blocking the sidewalk. We had two vehicles, one of which had two large dogs and a crate that needed to be taken out of the vehicle. When we pulled up into the garage to offload the attendant raised his voice at me, and was not understanding of the dogs. Loading our vehicles on departure fortunately went smoothly as a manager walked us to our vehicles. The large junior suite was nice, but I have never before been treated by anyone in the hospitality industry the way that I was treated by the overnight garage attendant.
