Great location and dog friendly

We've been to Pa's Place twice with our dog, and they have outdoor seating with large umbrellas. One time they even brought out a water bowl for our dog (cute stainless dish with a paw print!). The second time I think they were a little short staffed so we didn't get the bowl, but our pup was fine either way. The food was good, reasonable prices, beautiful view.
