Smelly pet room

We had a pet room which smelled horribly of urine. We arrived late after a long day of driving, so I didn’t ask for another room. We did let the gal at the desk know when we checked out. She said that it should not have smelled, thanked us, and said they would be sure to have the carpet cleaned.
