Great view for breakfast
Best Western Pier Point InnRooms are clean and well appointed. Doggy relief area although small was convenient and well stocked with bags and poop bin. View of the Siuslaw River and Florence old town/harbour was terrific. Even saw a bald eagle fly by during one of our free breakfasts. Well worth the higher than average cost of hotels in Florence.

It's a Motel 6
Motel 6 Williams CARoom was clean enough but bleach smell was very strong until we aired it out. No grassy area for pet relief, only rocks. Were a few stray cats around for fido to chase. You get what you pay for.

Easy on off Interstate 10
Motel 6 Sonora TXRoom was clean and long fenced dog walk next to airport runway. Sufficient for an overnight.

La Quinta by Wyndham ConroeGood location north of town a bit out of the hustle and bustle of Conroe proper. Good dog relief area behind hotel but mind the fire ant mounds.

Hard to get to, but worth it
Sonesta Simply Suites Nashville BrentwoodRoom was clean and close to exit for taking fido out. Full kitchenette including dinnerware. Great green space behind hotel for longer walks and exercise.

Travelodge by Wyndham WythevilleSliding door from room to outside was handy. Rooms are tired and dingy. No remote for tv, room phone did not work, hot water limited. About what to expect for price nowadays.

Stay away if you can
Comfort Suites TwinsburgPool was closed, tv remote didn't work, had to go to third floor for ice, refrigerator did not get cold, bathroom sink stopped up, parking lot was being resurfaced (had to move twice), and no real area to walk pets. Room was dank, musty, and hot on arrival. Doesn't compare with other pet-friendly hotels of same price.
