Totally decent
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Manteca - RiponI have 4 dogs, various sizes. They did put us on the 3rd floor which isn’t terribly convenient, but the elevator is placed right by an exterior door that leads to areas for walking; no need to go through the main lobby. Staff was nice, room was clean but not fancy. Loved the Dove soap in the bathroom. Food nearby. Free breakfast not bad. No drama, just the way we like it. I’ll be coming back.
Easy but awful
Motel 6 Winnemucca NVCheap, and I do know you get what you pay for, but I’ve stayed with Motel 6 before and this one is nasty. I’m not convinced they cleaned at all. Pretty sure the towels were clean but I don’t think they even washed the bed linens. Tweekers prowled the parking lot all night. Glass beer bottles scattered where my dogs were trying to walk. We left at 4:30am because I couldn’t get on the road quick enough. 4 cop cars greeted me on the way out as they were questioning other guests in the parking lot. I will gladly pay for two rooms someplace else.
Not very pet friendly
Hampton Inn & Suites MantecaOur RV broke down. We booked a room and were clear we had pets. We arrived stressed and tired by Uber at 2:30 am. We were completely turned away onto the streets when the night manager saw more than 2 pets. All in crates, all well behaved. We had to call local friends to come pick us up and ended up at the motel 6 for a few hours rest. Absolutely unacceptable to call this place pet friendly.
