Disappointed

We arrived Friday evening the front desk staff was friendly. We checked into our room and once we entered we were smacked in the face with the smell of cigarettes. We then noticed the bed was not a queen sized bed and when we address this to the front desk she stated that bed size is considered queen sized by motel 6 standard. Third thing that really made this reservations terrible was when I was checking the bathroom towels they are rolled up in this circular structure and I found a long strand of hair on one of the towels. on further examination the structure holding the towels seem like it had not been cleaned or dusted in a very long time. We weren't able to change rooms since the front desk stated that they were booked for the weekend.
