Weird rule

I find it weird that they don't allow dogs in the water. They state that the reason for not allowing dogs in the water is because the water is used for drinking. So you allow people in the water and we all know people will do things in water that they shouldn't and they allow boats in the water that are definitely leaving who knows what in the water........go figure.
