Didn't allow my dog in

The reviews of being dog-friendly seemed great, so while visiting Spokane, I walked 30 minutes on a very day to get there. I asked to sit on the patio because of my dog, and they said the patio was closed because it was too hot. They would not let me dine inside, nor offered my panting short-haired dachshund any water. Incredibly disappointed.
