Great place
La Quinta by Wyndham ButteWe were treated well and not given some second-class room just because we had a dog. Excellent breakfast too.

Dirty
Larkspur Landing Bellevue - An All-Suite HotelThis place looked great online and was in a decent location. The lobby looked good and the receptionist was friendly. The problem is that this place doesn't seem to have a cleaning staff. If they do then they must all have severe vision problems so as to not see all the hair, dirt, sticky mystery substances, etc. that are on the counters and floors. First room was nasty, went down to request another. This was worse than the first and it smelled like a veterinarian's office. Went down yet again and looked at a third room. This was the same as the other two. Linens that appeared and smelled like they had not been washed, lots of grime by light switches, random holes (and staples!) in the walls and doors. This place is vastly overpriced, avoid it. If it had been refundable we would have gone somewhere else. We seriously thought about finding a different hotel despite the lack of refund.
