Ensure the charge is correct

In mid-December 2018 I had a meal at Buffalo West.

My check total was $21.65, I left a $5.00 tip for a total of 26.65. However, I was charged $31.65, an extra $5.00

I have talked to the manager Chris (spelling?) on at least 6 occasions between December 2018 and March 2019. Throughout the conversations he has gone from “I will send you a check” (no check ever arrived), until the last conversation in which he took my address and said he would send a gift card.

$5.00 is a trivial amount, that’s not the point. I even understand mistakes can happen, but what if it had been a larger amount of money?

The most upsetting part is the fact that he said he would make it right and hasn’t.

I highly advise anyone that does business with Buffalo West that they keep a very close eye on the amount that was charged for the visit.
