Not a good experience

We were traveling with one pet and had booked two rooms one week prior to our arrival. We requested the rooms to be on the ground floor and next to each other. We have made this request from other hotels and have been obliged every time. When we arrived, the hotel clerk couldn't find our reservation which was confirmed by BringFido. The clerk asked me three times if I had a pet and how many I had. I finally had to hold up one finger.

The clerk said that they could get us one room on the ground floor and one on the second floor, however the rooms were at opposite ends of the hotel which was very inconvenient. The room was partially cleaned and there were cigarette butts and trash on the sidewalks and parking lot. I do not recommend this place at all.

Great Experience

We have stayed here a couple times now and the check-in was fast, and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. I grabbed my flashlight when took my dog out for a potty before sunrise and to my delight the whole area was lit up including the parking lot and dog potty area. Restaurants and gas station are close. We will definitely be stopping again.
