Ultimate dog motel
Sleep Inn & Suites Virginia Horse CenterUnreal number of dogs staying at a well equipped, clean, quiet motel. Comfy beds, great breakfast. Only negative is the outside of the building is awash with lighting which spills thru the bottom of the curtains. Cannot block it all. Otherwise good.

Ugh
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham RadfordRight when you walk in the door you notice the humidity, the lack of fresh air. Real easy to hear the people next door. Luckily ours quieted down right at 9pm. You have to go a short distance off property for pup pooing and peeing. Beds were good, room clean, nice shower setup. Breakfast was post COVID bare minimal which was expected. Will not return.

Very good stay
Quality Inn & Suites Ashland Near Kings DominionStayed one night, room was located away from I-95 as requested ahead of time. Comfortable beds, quiet. Lots of places for our older pup to do his business on the grounds. Breakfast was after 7am which is the reason for 4 out of 5 bones. Will stay there again next year.

Mixed bag
Baymont by Wyndham Prince George/Fort Gregg-AdamsRoom was clean, kind of small. Beds comfy. We were put on the 3d floor, all the way down a long hallway. Lots of walking. Not a lot of places for dogs to pee, poo. Breakfast was leanest selection of food choices I have seen in years. If I had to stay here again i would. It will not be any of our first 5 choices.
