Beware! Unorganized!

Booked in advance because I had a doctors appointment at 4pm in West Palm Beach and I recently moved to Tampa. Requested early check-in in case I made it before 3pm. Arrived at 3:05 to a lobby full of people waiting on rooms because somehow none are ready. If it isn’t ready soon I will have to take my dog to the doctor and leave her in the car voiding the ENTIRE REASON that I booked here and paid $100 pet fee as they were the only listed that you can leave pets in room, without a crate! Absolutely disgusted and my dog is terrified. It’s pouring outside so we can’t even walk while we wait the undetermined period of time for a room that was reserved well in advance for a 2pm check-in!!! I have to come back to West Palm frequently and my dog is ESA, we will NEVER stay here again and would be asking for a refund if it wasn’t such short notice!
