Nice staff
Baymont by Wyndham Delavan Near Lake GenevaThis is one funky place. The hotel is very old and had once been a transient and homeless flophouse. As comfy as the beds are and as hard as the staff worked to be engaging and accommodating, which Rene surely is, the place still has areas that smell bad and paints that are not matching in areas where paints were slapped on surfaces were a sad attempt. The exterior needs a lot of work to at least make it look inviting. I definitely loved the town and people but I definitely wouldn't stay there again.

The dog was concerned
Best Western Inn FlorenceOur visit was ok. But the hotel is certainly not a Plus. The front desk woman was fine. But the hookers in the side parking lot at night sure were interesting 🤔 And the fact that the hotel side door doesn't lock but opens to ANYONE explains how the hookers manage so well. Definitely not staying there on our way back.

Doodles loved it!
Stoney Creek Hotel Quad Cities - MolineThe hotel is older but fantastic. And after the renovation is done with, which doesn't hinder anything, the place will be absolutely top shelf! The staff is great! The breakfast REALLY good. Doodles love sausage 😁
