Great for pets

Our room was clean, the hotel was quiet. We were on the 3rd floor which was not a problem for us and our 65 lb dog. Good practice on elevator, as we are training for therapy work.

Great location

Quality Inn Effingham

This hotel was clean, quiet, and had a reasonable pet fee. We had 1st floor room, convenient for taking our dog out. Hot breakfast was good.
