Nice stay
The Shore HouseThis was the nicest place we’ve stayed. It’s a beautiful old home with antiques and lots of history and right across the street from the ocean. Just as with the last hotel we stayed I had injured myself along our travels and asked if we could change to a handicap room. Michael, who checked us in went to the room we were supposed to be staying in to see if it would be ok. Unfortunately, it was up some stairs and I injured my knee so badly that I couldn’t walk up the steps. He was very concerned and even helped me down the 2 steps I managed to climb up. He said to wait and checked with the manager if we would be able to trade to an accessible room.
We had to take 2 queen beds instead of the king size but that was ok because I could at least get into the room and it was fully accessible, had a higher toilet with grab bars and a huge shower. The beds were very comfortable and they said if we chose to eat in their dining room our dog would be allowed to accompany us. They were so friendly and did everything to accommodate us. This was truly a first class place, including the staff and I’d highly recommend it.

Awful staff!
Falmouth TidesThis is a beautiful property, but the staff was very ignorant and rude! I have MS and also hurt myself en route on the long road trip my husband and I were on. When we checked in, the girl at the desk (she was probably 17 yr old!) was very nice. I asked if they might have a handicap room that we could trade. She asked what that was, didn’t have a clue. She also charged us a “resort fee” which when I asked her about it she couldn’t really explain what it was. Said it was for use of the resort!
When we got to the room the beds were literally 18 inches high. It was like sleeping on the floor when you are a disabled person who cannot get up. The toilet was also extremely low. My husband said there was a bathroom in the lobby that had a higher toilet and maybe I could use that. When I went to the lobby I was questioned by the rude woman in charge, who I'm assuming was the manager. She asked what I was doing there and if I was even staying there like I was some homeless street person! I told her I wanted to use the restroom because my husband said it was a higher toilet. She said to me “Don’t you have a toilet in your room?” Her attitude was so condescending and rude! She let me use the bathroom but then I found it wasn’t much better.
The room was small and there was nothing to hold onto to get up. I called my husband on the phone and asked him to come and help me. At this point I was having a panic attack! When he came in to help me, apparently there was someone else who just came in the door to check in. Instead of her asking him to wait, she started screaming at him that I’d have to wait because there were other guests as she opened the bathroom door to see what the problem was. She didn’t need to create that drama! She couldn’t have been a little more discreet about my situation. I was totally humiliated and embarrassed! Finally the other people left and she stood there behind my husband as he tried to help me.
I’ve never been treated that way in my life! I plan on reporting them to ADA because there was no need for the way we were treated. When I came out she said I can just cancel your reservation and you can go elsewhere! I had already paid and we were in the room. She didn’t say anything about refunding my money, and we had to pay the pet fee too. I had high hopes for this hotel, it looked really nice but their staff represents them poorly! I’d never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone!

Okay stay
Scenic Inn of ConwayIt was quaint. Reminded me more of an inn, it’s an ok place to stay. Unfortunately, it’s next to a main road and the traffic started around 6am and never stopped. It was close to everything, so that was convenient.

Had a wonderful stay
Comfort Inn BrockvilleWe were greeted with warm cookies and a popcorn machine with fresh popcorn. The staff was very friendly and made recommendations of things to do in the area. There was a grocery store next store, which was a bonus and several restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. It was neat, clean and comfortable and there was an area around the hotel for walking Lenny. There was a decent selection for breakfast and a patio area outside with a grill. If I ever return to the area I’d definitely stay here again.

Nice place
Red Roof Inn PLUS+ & Suites ErieWe enjoyed our stay here and yes. They do have a big golden lab named Rugby at the check-in counter 🐾😂 Very friendly staff, nice outdoor area to walk our dog Lenny, the room was very clean, and comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend.

Nice stay
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Buffalo AmherstHad a great stay. Beautiful clean hotel, friendly staff, large area on the sides and back of hotel for dog walking and relief area with bags provided. Bed was extremely comfortable. I didn’t have the breakfast but my husband said it was good with a variety of food items.

Great food
The Yelling GoatLove this restaurant..was here last time we visited the area and came back. Pizza was delicious, nice waitress and she brought Lenny a bowl of water before we ordered. Definitely recommend this restaurant!

Delicious lunch
The Secret Garden RestaurantMy husband and I went here for lunch with our dog Lenny. It was a nice respite in the middle of a hot day! Great food, friendly staff, nice place to people watch and beautiful views. The garden area is beautiful. Lenny was even allowed in the gift shop

Oceanfront room
Hilton Garden Inn Ocean City OceanfrontWe loved this hotel. It was close to everything and the view from our balcony was amazing; got up for the sunrise and it didn’t disappoint. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location
Comfort Inn & SuitesHotel is near everything, and a short drive to Presque Isle. We travel with our dog and have stayed here several times before and they have always been great. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Skip it!
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Beckley WVUncomfortable beds, outdated room. Bedding was wrinkled and didn’t look clean. They sprayed something on the beds that probably was supposed to make it smell fresh but gave me a headache. Toilet was running constantly - needed a new part which they didn’t have and couldn’t fix. Staff was friendly and courteous though and there was plenty of room outside to walk my dog. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Best breakfast in OC
Happy Jack Pancake HouseBest breakfast in Ocean City..Friendly, fast service….very dog friendly. My husband had pancakes and I had the pumpkin pancakes which were amazing! The bacon was so crisp and delicious 😋 Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Great location to Erie Tall Ships Festival
Cobblestone Hotel & Suites ErieRooms we clean and comfortable, nice staff, decent breakfast options.

Close to ferry to Put in Bay
Quality Inn Port ClintonNice clean hotel, friendly staff, beautiful view of lake, really close to ferry to Put in Bay, restaurants close by, your website said pet fee was $15 per night but when I checked in it was $35 per night…also there was no microwave in the room, and they didn’t offer shuttle service to the ferry as they posted on their website..but was fine because I had my car. I however did like this hotel enough to rebook. I traveled there alone and felt perfectly safe in the area…this time I’m taking my husband. The trip over to Put in Bay to spend the day was well worth it…can rent a golf cart there to get around the island or there’s a tram that you pay one price and can get off and on several stops. Put in Bay was very dog friendly!

Close to everything in Amish country
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Millersburg by IHGThis is a newer hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Wonderful staff, close to some restaurants, and downtown Millersburg. There’s a really nice patio off of the lobby that’s fenced in…we had our dog Lenny out there with us while we enjoyed dinner from a local restaurant. The gentleman who checked us is was really nice and lit the gas tabletop fire pit for us. Breakfast was great. Nice area to stay and will definitely stay again.

Great location, visit with family in the area
Comfort Inn Lehigh Valley WestFirst time at this hotel…was clean and comfortable, nice staff, great breakfast..lots of choices…could eat on patio with our dog. Will definitely stay here again! And…there’s an off leash dog park about 2 miles away that we have visited on several occasions when we’ve been in the area. Also lots of restaurants in area, pharmacy, grocery store..very close to the major roads

Enjoyed Lunch Here
Abbey Road Pub & RestaurantOur dog was allowed on the patio with us..they brought him a bowl of water and paid lots of attention to him. We’ve been here before without our dog and enjoyed it..that’s why we returned. Delicious food and good service. Lenny gives it 4 bones 🐶❤️

Keep Looking 😞
Hog Fathers BBQ of CanonsburgOver priced for what we got..small portion and the food was over cooked 😞 Had high hopes for this place but it really wasn’t worth the trip.
