Terrible

It's not well maintained, old and dreary. Customer service desk is protected by glass like you're in an hourly kinda place. They charged my credit card even though the room was prepaid and then told me to try to get my money back from the company I prepaid with. What's up with that? Nice guy at the front desk though.
