Stay away

The staff took it upon themselves to change the room I required, They put us in a handicap room which I did not require. The room was very dirty, had bugs which I keep killing, shower did not work properly. Also the room was by the people living at the Inn, very loud. I spoke with the staff at checkout and that's when she told me that they put us in handicap. Told her about the issues I had and she did not show any concern. Also I had my dog with me and had to find places for him to go to the bathroom, did not tell where the place where I can take him. The people really bothered my dog with their loud talking and smoking a few doors from our room. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this inn. Told the staff I NEVER stayed in a hotel that was very unkept. The handicap room REALLY needs updating.
